Parker provide a free nib exchange service within 28 days after the purchase date if the nib is in pristine condition. Please visit the Nib Exchange Programme for more details and eligibility.
Most Parker retail partners can also assist with the exchange or repair of your fountain pen nib. Please contact your local store before travel to confirm if they provide this service.
If you do not have a retailer near you or they do not provide this service, use the form in the Nib Exchange Programme section to contact the Global Consumer Care Service.
If you are requesting a free repair or replacement, proof of purchase and a picture of your pen, including the size of the nib you require, will be requested. All information to help you can be found here.
If the nib is in pristine condition, and if the new nib required belongs to the same model, the nib exchange will be free of charge. Otherwise, you will receive a quote.
Return the complete pen in order to protect the nib during transit.
If your pen was purchased with a lifetime warranty, the lifetime warranty will be honoured according to the warranty card against defects in materials and workmanship.
In 2007, Parker introduced a limited warranty period of 2 years with the option of a free 2-year extension available online.
All repairs covered under the warranty require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
